Edinburgh PR agency media coverage: Taymouth Marina

As we head in to October our PR work for our clients shows no sign of slowing down and we couldn’t be happier about that!

One of our clients, Taymouth Marina, had an important story to tell and we managed to secure some amazing coverage for them.

PR brief

Taymouth Marina have just finished developing five stunning holiday homes and wanted everyone to see the amazing work done.

PR solution

The work at Taymouth Marina has only just begun. There are plans to add more amenities and further developments but our strategy was to begin the media coverage now.

This helps peak media outlets attention and allows for a relationship to be formed with further developments.

After refining the key messages, Juggling Swords created and syndicated a press release to key Scottish business desks informing them of the development at Loch Tay.

We knew this was also a story that architecture and building magazine publications would also want to hear.

PR results

The results speak for themselves as we managed to secure a variety of key publications and trade media.

Overall, we managed to secure 115,880 OTS (opportunities to see).

The release got picked up by The Scotsman, The Courier and Perth Gazette to name but a few.

It also hit architects favourite, Urban Realm, and trade magazines such as Property and Development magazine and Building Design & Construction magazine.

The story continues to gain traction as Perth and Kinross council tweeted about it and Invest In Perth picked it up.

Taymouth Marina themselves were chuffed with the results and, thus far, 2 out of the 5 holiday homes have already sold!

That just goes to show how a carefully thought through PR campaign can benefit both client and agency – and we couldn’t be happier for them!
